In high school, Erik Molano learned how to create basic shapes and text layouts in Adobe PageMaker and Corel Draw. As a graphic design student at Art Center College of Design, he primarily focused on typography and branding, and then shifted his concentration toward design for social impact.

Quinton is pursuing his second Bachelor’s degree at the Art Center College of Design studying graphic design with a focus on interaction design. After years of suppressing his creative spirit at desk jobs, Quinton finally decided to follow his passion and talents. He moved out to LA to attend Art Center almost two years ago and hasn’t looked back.
Student Profile: Baking Something Sinister
Oliver Lo studied architecture in college and spent nearly a decade as a teacher in an economically underserved public school in Los Angeles. He was looking for a creative outlet outside of teaching and took up graphic design classes being offered by the public programs at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. After five years of taking design classes “for fun,” Oliver finally enrolled as a full-time student.
